We certify that your personal information, such as name, address, e-mail and phone number will never be sold or transmitted in any way. This information will only be used to support our relationship with you and to complete transactions.

In order to prevent theft, disclosure or unauthorized use of your personal information, the Cofortel Hotel has put in place highly effective protection and security measures, in accordance with hotel industry standards and practices. Your transactions through our website are always carried out securely.

When making a booking, you implicitly authorize the Cofortel Hotel to add your email to its monthly newsletter list. At any time, you can choose to stop receiving our communications by clicking on ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email you received previously.

Best Rate Guaranteed Policy

You will always receive the best rate available when you book directly on our website or by phone.

If you find a lower rate for the same room on the website of an online travel agency within 24 hours of making your booking, we promise to match it.

Conditions – Gift Cards

Printed gift cards must be presented to the Hotel upon arrival. The Cofortel Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Cancellation Policies and Deposit

You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 4 p.m. the day before your arrival. A deposit of $100 will be taken from the credit card provided when booking 24 hours before your arrival.

In the event of cancellation after this period, or of no-show, the costs of the first night, plus applicable taxes, will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking.

General Policies

A valid credit card number is required to guarantee your booking at the Cofortel Hotel. All bookings made with an invalid credit card number will be cancelled at 4 PM.

For the comfort and well-being of all its guests, the Cofortel Hotel offers a completely smoke-free environment and does not accept pets. In case of non-compliance with this Policy, cleaning fees will be charged.

Children of 12 years old and under accompanied by at least one (1) adult are welcome free of charge at the Cofortel Hotel.

No commercial activity is allowed in the rooms

Arrivals and Departures

Check-in can be done starting from 4 PM on the day of arrival. At the end of your stay, check-out must be done no later than 12 PM (noon). Any request for a late departure must be done the morning of your departure and approved by a Cofortel Hotel staff member. Extra fees can apply.
