Job tasks include
- Perform verification of daily transactions to balance account
- Perform the closing and balance the accounts of daily operations
- Prepare the breakfast set-up
- Carry out security patrols
- Provide excellent customer service that meets Hotel standards
- Welcome guests and inform them about the various services the Hotel offers
- Take bookings, prepare guest arrivals and departures
- Respond to requests for information by telephone, email or fax
