Job Description

  • Perform repairs and maintenance in all areas related to technical services
  • Actively participate in the comfort and well-being of guests, and the proper maintenance of building infrastructure
  • Perform daily technical inspections
  • Verify the proper functioning of mechanical areas
  • Perform maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electricity, ceramics, carpentry, painting, etc.)
  • Perform exterior maintenance work on the building
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the alarm system (fire) and sprinklers
  • Provide maintenance and preventive maintenance for heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems and coordinate repairs when necessary
  • Perform other related tasks

Requirements

  • You are passionate about your work and have a minimum of 5 years of experience related to the position
  • You are comfortable working under pressure, make informed decisions and manage problems effectively
  • You have good manual dexterity
  • You are available to work the day shift (evenings and weekends on call)
